Injection piers can be described best as a combination of underpins and compaction grouting. The piers are installed similarly to pressure/push pins except this technology takes it a step further and allows the contractor to add grout to the project by pumping it directly through the pier.

This approach allows the pier to be sealed to bedrock/limestone in addition to filling any voids and compacting the soil around the underpin. RAB Foundation Repair and Geotechnical Construction has successfully installed more injection piers than any other contractor in the world.
